Exclamation Need help ASAP! Cylinder 6 missfire

I have a 2001 GAGT that we did a full 3500 swap a year ago. two weeks ago it started misfiring on cylinder 6. To start out we checked with several different wires and plugs, changed coil packs and it is still misfiring. also noticed that lower intake manifold gasket was leaking. before fixing that we replace the injector in that cylinder and it still did it. so we went on to replace the intake gaskets. while doing that to double check the injectors we swapped injectors from #4 and #6 since we knew that was a good injector. did a compression test and fuel pressure test and they were good. also put in a new cam position sensor and fuel filter. In a last ditch effort we also changed the PCM. I am completely out of ideas and need help!!!!

Have you checked the injector?

Was the plug coming out wet, indicating fuel but no spark, or was it coming back out bone dry? Or coated with something that isn't gas?
