P0302 power train cylinder 2 misfire detected - please help

On the way home from work today, I stepped on the gas a bit and afterward my CEL started flashing. I got home and checked it out with my obd reader and it said "P0302 power train cylinder 2 misfire detected" Also, my lim needs changed. I have over 140,000 miles on my 2002 gt and really hope this isn't the end. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance.
