Custom Eaton M90 Build

Got my hands on a free m90 supercharger from the l67 3800 that was laying around my buddies shop. Looking for some info on anyone whO might have experience in linking up the m90 to the 3.4. Obviously there's going to be a ****load of custom fab work to be done but it never hurts to hear from the gurus.

I've seen it bolted to stock UIMs on 2.8/3.1/3x00 powered cars but like mentioned above massive hole in hood or no hood at all... could maybe get it to fit with a custom LIM but more then likely not worth the cash
1 example

for one that's a beretta.. seen that on reddit awhile back.. looked ugly as fuck at first. the cowl hood wouldn't work with the Grand am.. the body lines just won't make it work.. the whole thing would look ugly and out of place.

looks like he put some work into making it not ugly

the whole thread
http://www.reddit.com/r/Justrolledin...arged_beretta/

he got a new fender and fixed the hood but yeah it was pretty beat before

Unless some airflow jujitsu is in place inside that 'plenum' that thing must suffer some horrendous distribution problems; that guy probably has to run different heat range plugs in the center cylinders.

Custom sheetmetal upper on a north/south installation in a hoodless European sports car (stick it in an MGB!) would be kinda cool, but getting the packaging sufficiently low for a FWD installation would be next to impossible.

Yep, the engine is too tall because of the angle between the cylinder banks. The 3800 is a 90 degree block so it's shorter and there is more room between the cylinder heads, so GM was able to design a lower intake manifold and a supercharger casing that would act as the upper and bolt directly to it, to keep it low and clear the hood on the W-bodies. No way to do that on a 60 degree v6 in an N-body.
